Creating a description for the data in the DSA report is an important task, so the requestee can understand what the data actually is and what it is used for. Also this will help you and your organization understand the data you are processing.
Step 1: Goto a Workflow
Step 2. Press the "Missing" Button in the Description column for a item which you want to describe
If you have already created a description for the or a similar item you can now select it. Otherwise you can also create a new description by clicking on "New Description +".
After saving the description the "missing" button will turn into an edit button.
